Because it isn't. My father was innocent, he was a good man with strong work ethics, love for his wife and daughters, and has been heartbroken since Georgina died. He was wrongfully convicted and accused because of perhaps some link to the Death Eaters somehow?

This is completely and horribly unfair and my story is just one of many. The DMLE will do anything for a better reputation. Even if it means tearing apart families while they do it.
